Tart shells recipe

Assalamualaikum 1503 29112016

An easy recipe shared by my sister

Making approximately 200 mini tartshells

Ingredients:

500 gm butter (room temperature)
200 gm confectionery sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 kg flour (sifted)


Method:

1- in mixing bowl, put in butter and sugar and start beating slowly until combined.
2- put in eggs, mix well. 
3- then add vanilla essence, mix well
4- add flour gradually while beating slowly until the mixture is well-combined and forming a dough which does not stick to the bowl. 
5- the dough can be put away in a cling wrap in room temperature or refrigerate for an hour to set or simply start moulding the tartshells

  1. arghhhhh rindu shell tart shasha. dah berbulan dalam peti pun rasa rangup tak lemau lagi.
