sandwich cheese dgn tomato


whole-grain bread
sliced cheese
tomato slices
black pepper 
chilli sauce
lettuce
vege fat spread

spread the vege fat spread onto both sides of bread slices
layer cheese-tomato-cheese between the bread slices
sprinkle with black pepper (seed/ nut/ coarse grind/ powder)
heat up non stick pan with low fire and put the sandwich into it
bake both sides until golden brown
at this time, the cheese will melt and sticking the layers together
enjoy it with lettuce and chilli sauce
